Today I whipped up a little workout treat for you Warriors. You will absolutely hate love it so I thought I would share it with you. The cool part is it is all
body weight stuff so you can do it literally anywhere.
After a brief warm-up…
A1) Bodyweight Squats x 50, 40, 30, 20, 10
A2) Push Ups x 25, 20, 15, 15, 10
A3) Sit Ups x 50, 40, 30, 20, 10
