Legs & Biceps Workout 6, Series 5

My 40 min. workout for today. Warm Up. 2 Sets Front lunges. 4 Tabata
Squats. 1 Set Heavy Squats. 4 Tabata calf raise. 3 Sets Hamstring Curls.
4 Tabata Standing Hammer curl. 3 Laying Biceps Curl. Cool Down.
Stretch. Protein drink & a nice 20 min walk.

Today I whipped up a little workout treat for you Warriors. You will absolutely hate love it so I thought I would share it with you. The cool part is it is all

body weight stuff so you can do it literally anywhere.



After a brief warm-up…



A1) Bodyweight Squats x 50, 40, 30, 20, 10

A2) Push Ups x 25, 20, 15, 15, 10

Finding a workout buddy may be difficult, but not impossible. There are many different places and options for you to find your workout partner.
